Shipping & Returning

At TrendyKristals, we try to provide the best possible products and services. Once you submitted the order and payment. you will receive an order confirmation email.Please contact us if you don't receive it. You can also visit your Member Center to view detailed information about the state of the order.

Your package will be ship within 24 hours. Once shipped out, an email will be sent to you within the next 48 hours showing that the order has been shipped and could be tracked with the tracking number provided. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. For some countries, delivery time could be longer. 

Delivery is guaranteed. If the package is lost we will reship at our expense.

Returns & Replacements
There is a chance you may not like the item you received. We accept returns with 14 days from your delivered date. Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issue back to the original form of payment. Buyer will pay return shipping. Restocking fee may apply.
