I purchased $635.00 worth of merchandise. Received the order and started carrying this purse. Within 4 days the strap on the left side came unstitched. The right side would have quickly followed had I not stopped carrying it.
I sent an email to TK on Jan 9th. Their response Jan 11, was:
Hi,
The factory is closing down for the chinese new year. They will be reopen again in late Feb, we can have them make a replacement handle strap for you, But we can't cover the Shipping of $30. Would you like us to send you the handle on your cost?
Since that one email from them, I have sent at least 6 other emails and not a one has been answered.
I have since learned that another person purchased the same purse and the same thing happened to her and she was taken care of with a replacement. You decide.
I can spend $180.00 on other branded and authentic purses so I am not sure they will get any more of my business.
I do not normally post nasty reviews but this is a little frustrating. I will be more than happy to change my review if they would only respond and replace my defective bag.
